2 把粉糰分成4份; 每一份麵糰用麵棍壓成薄餅，塗抹少許油在面上，包括所有邊緣。灑上芫茜碎, 卷成腸狀再卷成螺旋狀(見下圖); 再壓成薄餅，灑上大麻籽並用麵棍輕輕壓下。
1 In a large bowl, put in flour, salt and sugar; mix well. Slowly add in water; mix well until it becomes a soft dough. Cover with a cloth and let sit for half an hour.
2 Evenly divide dough into 4 portions. Roll each dough into a round shape, brush a little oil on top, covering all edges. Sprinkle parsley evenly on surface, then roll into long ropes and then into a spiral shape (see pictures). With a rolling pin, press down and roll each dough into a round shape once again, sprinkle hempseed over top and lightly press down.
3 In a saucepan, add 1 tbs oil and then put in pancake. Turn heat to medium-low and fry until golden on both sides. Serve warm. Enjoy!
