1. In a food processor, put in coconut meat and process until smooth.
2. In a big bowl, put in presoaked chia seed and coconut puree; mix well. Add in sugar and salt to taste. Pour mixture into a 6-inch tart dish. Put into a preheated oven and bake at 200C for 30 minutes or until it turns golden on the top. Serve warm or cool. Enjoy!
